Best Quality, Pure Beeswax
Our beeswax candles are hand-poured with highest quality, pure yellow natural beeswax, acquired in raw form from local beekeepers and manually cleaned and purified by boiling in filtered water in our workshop, so we can guarantee it is paraffin free.
Fragrance Free
We've made our deliberate decision not to alter the unique beeswax scent with any fragrance or perfume, so you may enjoy the purifying aroma unaltered.
Vibrant, Vegan-Friendly Dyes
The rich hues in our sculptural candles are achieved with high-quality, vegan-friendly Swiss dyes that provide vibrant and consistent color from start to finish.
Clean-Burning Wicks
We use only 100% natural Swiss cotton wicks, especially designed for beeswax, chosen to provide the perfect flame and optimal scent throw and burn time for each unique candle.
The Pursuit of the Perfect Flame
We don't estimate—we measure. Every candle design is batch-tested in 2-4 hour cycles to verify its burn time and guarantee optimal wick performance. Your safety and a perfect burning experience are our highest priorities.
Handcrafted with Care in Romania
Every candle is meticulously crafted, poured, and finished by hand in our small atelier in Bucharest, ensuring a truly unique and artisanal piece.
Important Note
Each piece is unique. As these are artisanal products, slight variations in color or size from the photographs may occur, depending on the color of the beeswax bought from the beekeeper. These do not affect the quality of the candle; instead, they confirm its authenticity and handcrafted nature.
Candle Care
For all our beeswax candles, please follow the instructions below:
1. Heat-Resistant Base: Place the candle on a tray or plate to collect any wax that may drip due to its irregular shape.
2. First Burn: Keep the candle lit until a small "pool" of wax forms around the wick; this helps ensure a more even burn.
3. Trim the Wick: Before each lighting, trim the wick to 5 - 10 mm to prevent an oversized flame, smoke, or accelerated consumption.
4. Recommended burn session: Burn time per session is determined by the candle's width. For candles with a smaller diameter, keep burn sessions shorter to maintain the structure of the wax wall.
a) 1 - 2 hours for sculptural candles
b) 3 - 4 hours for pillar candles
5. Extinguish the candle if the wax pool nears the outer edge. A breach in the wall will cause the wax to leak rapidly, drastically reducing the total burn time.
6. Keep candles away from children & pets, flammable objects.
7. Do not leave candles burning unattended.
8. Do not eat!
For PILLAR candles, you may choose your burn style:
1. Lantern: Leave the walls of the candle alone and the flame will drop inside illuminating the walls of the candle. A very warm, intimate vibe is created.
2. Hug the Walls: As the walls of the candle soften, gently press them in towards the flame of the candle so that they melt back into the melt pool. This style of burning will result in more even walls and contribute more wax to the melt pool, extending the life of the candle.
