Refund policy

Our Products are manufactured on request based on the Customer's/Consumer's specifications for Color and/or Fragrance Oil. These Products are considered non-refundable items according to art. 16 of OUG no. 34/2014, unless there is a problem with your ordered products (for example, received products do not correspond to the order).

  1. According to OUG no. 34/2014, the Customer/Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days, without specifying the reasons and without incurring penalties. According to art. 16 of OUG no. 34/2014, Products that are exempt from return are: the Products that have been distinctly personalized at the Customer’s/Consumer's request and those that have been made according to the Customer/Consumer's specifications (for example: manufacturing the Product in the color/fragrance desired by the Customer/Consumer) (See more details in section 6.17).
  2. The withdrawal period expires after (fourteen) 14 days and is calculated from the day on which the Customer/Consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the Customer/Consumer, takes physical possession of the products.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer/Consumer must inform the Seller of his/her decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail. The Seller's contact details are as follows:

  4. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Client/Consumer to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
  5. In the event of withdrawal by the Customer/Consumer, the Seller will refund the amount received from the Customer/Consumer, with the exception of the costs related to the courier service, and, in any case, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the Customer/Consumer's decision to withdraw from this contract.
  6. Additional costs represent any costs (transportation, delivery, reduction in the value of the products resulting from manipulations, other than those necessary to determine the nature of the qualities and functioning of the products, postal charges or any other nature) to be borne by the Customer/Consumer upon exercising the right of withdrawal.
  7. The costs related to the courier service, if the order did not benefit from free shipping, are not refundable.
  8. Standard delivery is considered free delivery in each EU country based on order amount, as described in Shipping & Discounts page.
  9. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer/Consumer has expressly agreed to another method of refund and no fees will be charged because of such a refund.
  10. The refund may be postponed until the date the Seller receives the products back or until the Customer/Consumer provides proof that they have sent the products back, whichever is the earliest.
  11. The conditions of the right of withdrawal apply only to individual Customers/Consumers, defined by the provisions of OUG no. 34/2014 (art. 2 point 1).
  12. The Customer/Consumer will bear the direct cost of returning the products and is responsible for the integrity of the product until it enters the store's possession.
  13. The Customer/Consumer is directly responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products.
  14. At the request and with the consent of the Customer/Consumer, the Seller may recommend to the Buyer the purchase of another product of a quality and at a price equivalent to those requested in the first order.
  15. The original order will be canceled upon confirmation of the order of the product(s) replacing the original product.
  16. According to art. 16 of OUG no. 34/2014, Products cannot be returned if they:
    • were the subject of a special order.
    • were distinctly personalized at the consumer's request.
    • were made according to the Customer/Consumer's specifications (for example: tinting the product in the color/flavor desired by the Customer/Consumer).
    • shows signs of impact, damage, and wear.
    • have been unsealed and no longer have the original packaging intact, with all accessories and label intact.
    • are put by any means in a condition unsuitable for resale.
    • products that are inseparably mixed with other elements.
  17. The seller will bear the return costs if they are attributable to him (for example, the products received do not correspond to the order, etc.).
